Private Label
Custom labelling, neutral versions or adapted packaging may be possible on a project basis after review. We clarify the requirements before quotation and production.
Transparent quality and production
Production is carried out with a specialised production partner in Pakistan. MASAKO Germany defines the quality requirements, supports the processes and manages quality control of the instruments.
Product-specific technical data
We provide material, dimensions, hardness specifications and other technical characteristics where these are documented for the respective instrument. Depending on the product, passivation and electropolishing form part of the manufacturing and finishing process.
Quality control
The instruments are inspected as part of the MASAKO quality process. For technical or regulatory queries, we compile available documentation on a project- and product-specific basis.
Quantities, terms & trial orders
Volume pricing depends on the instrument, quantity and version. Smaller trial quantities may be possible by arrangement for an initial quality assessment. Larger procurement projects and recurring orders are calculated individually.
Samples & production orders
Available stock items and production-related samples follow different timelines. For sample or trial orders from production, the typical lead time after coordination is around three weeks. We confirm the specific delivery time in the quotation.
Branding & packaging
Standard versions may carry MASAKO labelling. Neutral goods, custom branding or special packaging requirements are reviewed separately and agreed before production approval.
