How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Individual products may have different delivery times; any relevant information is shown on the respective product page.
Which countries do you deliver to?
The countries currently available for your order are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed depending on the destination. For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, standard shipping is free for orders of €75 or more. For lower order values and international deliveries, the currently applicable shipping costs are shown in the cart or at checkout.
What applies to returns and the right of withdrawal?
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period normally begins when the goods are received. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire once the seal has been removed. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The information in our withdrawal policy is authoritative.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@masako-shop.de. Whether a change is still possible depends on the processing and shipping status. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as a tracking number is available for your shipment, you will receive the shipping information by email and can track the status online.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Depending on the checkout, available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or PayPal Express, as well as advance payment or bank transfer. The payment methods shown at checkout are authoritative.
