Shipping policy

General shipping information:

We ship with DEUTSCHE POST (DHL).

Free shipping from an order value of €75.00 within Germany, or depending on special promotions displayed on our homepage.

Additional shipping costs based on weight are shown in the shopping cart.

For shipments outside Germany and Europe, the exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. If they are not displayed, please contact us. You may also place orders by email, fax or telephone.

Delivery within Germany generally takes 2–5 working days. Any different delivery times are indicated on the relevant product page.

If an ordered product cannot be delivered on time because our supplier has not supplied it to us in time, we will inform you without undue delay. In this case, you may choose to wait for the ordered product or cancel your order. If you cancel, any payments already made will be reimbursed without undue delay.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the displayed total price.
